This video was filmed at "Bosc de les Creus" (The Forest of Crosses), created by the visual artist Marc Sellarès. The burnt crosses rise up over the charred hill top - a haunting memorial to the vast forest which stood here just last year. Each of the 1,200 blackened crosses is a reminder of each hectare of the woodland which once covered these hillsides in Odena, in the north-west of Catalonia, until it was destroyed by a devastating fire in July 2015. And each has been lovingly crafted by fireman Marc Sellarès, who was heartbroken by the loss of the trees amongst which he had played as a child.
